Purpose of data processing
If you are a client in consultations, psychotherapy, supervision or participate in workshops/trainings, your personal data is processed in order to keep record of appointments and for contact reasons during the psychotherapeutic process, supervision and training.
Sensitive data
Sensitive data (private information) is stored only in a pseudonymised form in traditional or electronic form.
The basis for processing
– your consent – if you decide to express it (Article 6 (1) (a) of the GDPR)
– my legitimate interest in the processing of data to establish, assert or defend any claims (Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR)
Right to withdraw consent
You can withdraw your consent to data processing at any time. This is related to the termination of our cooperation, as I cannot provide the service without processing the client’s data.
Processing period
I will process your data only for the period in which I have a legal basis for it, i.e. until:
– you withdraw your consent to the processing of data, if it was its basis
– the period for storing your data expires for re-contact and for archival purposes
Rights related to data processing
In connection with the processing of data, you have the following rights:
– the right to withdraw data (the withdrawal of data does not affect the retrospective data processing)
– the right to rectify data
– the right to information regarding data processing
– the right to contact regarding the processed data
– the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection
