Psychotherapy

Psychotherapy for me is an ongoing encounter during which we discover and rebuild the paths of our Inner World.

Everyone has their unique path to explore. We have our own challenges, realms to uncover, struggles to go through, dangers to confront, ideas to realize. Problems that arise (whether we call them troubles, difficulties, or symptoms) are a natural part of our path and not evidence to indicate that “there is something wrong with us”. Each of these problems contains the seed of its solution – with all the respect towards the suffering they might bring, they hold clues which can support our personal growth.

Even after 30 years of working as a therapist, each encounter is a new, touching, and enriching discovery for me.

Organization of the psychotherapy process

Psychotherapy can be short-term, focused on solving a specific issue; it can also be a long-term process, focusing on deep work and personality development.

The following options are possible:

– consultation meeting

– short-term psychotherapy – a few to over a dozen meetings

– long-term psychotherapy – several years, with breaks over the summer

Meetings are held once a week or once every two weeks.

We determine the direction of work and the expected duration of therapy at the first meeting, taking into account the clients needs, possibilities and expectations. It is possible to change the format when such need should come up whilst the process unfolds.

Meeting dates are set in advance for a selected period of time. Meetings can be canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled session.  In the absence of cancellation, the payment is 100% of the rate.

I work in my office in Warsaw or online via Skype or Zoom.

The cost is between 50 and 100 Euros, depending on the economic zone of the client.

Duration of the session – 50 minutes

Education and qualifications

The therapy is carried out in accordance with the standards of the Polish Process Work Association and the International Association for Process Oriented Psychology. Psychoterapy clients may appeal to the Ethics Committee of the Polish Process Work Association.
